日本电力公司发、输、配、售垂直一体化经营管理,电力营销具有一定特色。概述日本电力公司营销部门结构及主要职能,并分析电价体系与形成机制。介绍了日本电力公司采取多种营销策略,特别是大力推进"全电化"住宅营销活动。日本的电力营销工作对我国电网企业营销策略具有一定的借鉴意义。
Japanese power companies implement vertically integrated business management for power transmission, distribution and sale. Power marketing has certain characteristics. This article provides an overview of the structure and main functions of the marketing department of power companies, and analyzes the electricity price system and formation mechanism. Japanese power companies take a variety of marketing strategies, in particular, vigorously promote the "full electrification" residential marketing activities. Japan's electric power marketing efforts have a certain reference on China's power grid enterprise marketing strategy.
