摘要
文章论述了农业科技创新含义及主要特点 ,阐述了农业科技创新对农业经济发展的促进作用 ,提出了增强我国农业科技创新能力的对策措施。
The meaning and the main character of the innovation of agricultural science and technology,and the promotive influence of the innovation of agricultural science and technology on agricultural economic developments,are disscussed in thes paper. Countermeasures of raising the innovative capability of agricultural science and technology in China are also suggested.
