摘要 针对我国农业现代化进程测度中存在的一些亟待解决的问题,根据系统分析原理,遵循全 面、可比、层次可操作原则,提出目前我国衣业现代化进程测度的支撑技术─—多指标综合测度法 的优化方案。即在运用主成分分析法、聚类分析法划分出不同农业类型地域,并选取典型性地域单 位后。采用灰色关联分析法结合主成分分析法筛选出符合地域衣业现代化进程实际的测度指标 项,并用相关分析法进行检验;用熵技术支持下的AHP(层次分析)法对每一个测度指标项赋权。用 模糊综合评判技术计算地域农业现代化进程各方面的综合水平,再用Logistic模型和基尼斯系数 分析法,实现对地域农业现代化进程时空上动态特征的量化分析。图1,参10。 Agricultural modernization is a static and spectific process, it is a dynamic process as well. Indices, models & standards should be adaptively adjusted. In the designation of agricultural modernization process evaluation, precision and rationalization are the basic indices of measuring agricultural modernization. It is obvious that problems of evaluation for regional agricultural mod- ernzation process have theoretical, practical and technical properties. Based on the analysis, this paper attempts to propose a basic framework and methods for the evaluation by way of the systematic analysis. For example, the Principal Component Analysis and Cluster Analysis are used to classify the different regions. The Hierarchy Analysis supported by entropy technique weights coefficient values for evaluative indicators; A multi-layer, multi-objective fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is constructed to asses the overall as well different levels of regional agricultural modernization. Some other scientific technique, and improved suggestions are also put forwards.
