变革期幼师院校转型战略选择与规划框架——以广西幼儿师范高等专科学校为例

摘要 在深入分析变革期幼师院校战略环境、内部条件基础上,提出学校十二五规划的增长型总体战略,以充分利用学校外部机会和内部优势,规避外部威胁,克服内部薄弱环节,走特色化之路。介绍了增长型总体战略指导下的学校规划框架。 This article, based on the in--depth analysis on the strategic environments and internal conditions of the preschool colleges during transformational period,has suggested general growing strategy for Guangxi College for Preschool Education in the "twelfth five--year plan",as to fully utilize the external opportunities and internal advantages of the school,avoid the external threats,overcome the internal weak links,and to follow a particular and adaptive path. The article introduces a planning frame-work under the guidance of the general growing strategy of the college.
