大学新生的入学教育是大学教育的重要组成部分。抓好新生的入学教育是大学良好学风建设的关键。本文主要从传递学校的关爱之情、重视专业思想教育、重视行为规范教育、重视心理健康教育和重视党的知识教育五个途径入手分析新生入学教育的有效性,以提高学生管理工作的成效。

College entrance education is an importance part of college education. It is critical for the establishment of learning atmosphere and school spirit. This paper analyzes the effectiveness of entrance education in terms of passing schools＇ care, paying attention to the ideological education on majors,focusing on education on norms of behavior, paying attention to the education of psychological health,and attaching importance to Party＇s knowledge education. It can improve the effect of students＇ management.
