基于专业核心竞争力的特色专业建设的探讨——以广西大学公共事业管理专业为例

Analysis of Discipline Construction Based on the Specialty Core Competence——A Case Study of Public Affairs Management in Guangxi University

我国的公共事业管理专业虽然起步较晚,但发展非常迅速。专业的快速发展带来专业培养定位模糊、边界不清,社会认可度低、学生就业困难等问题,这些问题在地方综合性大学尤其突出,严重影响了专业的进一步发展。要解决好这些问题,地方综合性高校应依托自身的资源和优势,通过专业和课程一体化建设,突出公共事业管理专业的办学特色,着力打造专业核心竞争力,才能在激烈的竞争中处于优势的地位。

The development of public affairs management was rapid despite it had been later starting in China. The fast expansion of discipline has brought about several problems,such as the fuzzy professional orientation,ill--defined for discipline,lower social acceptance and more difficult in finding jobs for the students of public affairs management,especially in regional comprehensive university. In order to solve these problems, regional comprehensive university should depend on their own resources and advantages and integrate discipline and curriculum plans, so that the characteristics and the specialty core competence of public affairs management can be reflected fully, and then get a predominant status in the fierce competitive environment.
