摘要
本文从现代管理学的角度分析当前高校办公室在日常运作当中所遇到的忙而低效甚至是忙而失效状况的原因,提出打造"高效办公室"的目标,并把善用时间管理的理念运用到解决问题的方案中。
This paper, from the viewpoint of modern management of office in colleges and universities in the daily operation of the resulting in busy and inefficient or is busy and failure reason, puts forward building" efficient office " target,and put time management concept to the solution to the problem.
