高职院校校外兼职教师队伍建设的几点思考

Deliberations on Building External Part Time Teacher Staff of High Vocational College

引进校外教师兼职学校教学工作是目前我国高职院校对高职高专教育人才培养的需要,这是由高职院校培养学生的特点所决定的,兼职教师队伍的建设与培养是提升高职院校教师队伍的重要环节。本文在分析目前高校兼职教师现状的基础上,对如何采取一系列措施加大校外兼职教师队伍建设提出了几点建议。

Recruiting part--time teachers to undertake teaching tasks is aiming to meet higher vacational colleges ＇ demands for personnel training at present,which depends on the charateristics of personnel training in higher vacational colleges. Team construction and cultivation of part--time teachers is a key way to improve quality of part--time teachers in higher vacational colleges. Basing on the current situation of part--time teachers in higher vacational colleges,this thesis puts forwards relevant exploration and thought about how to take measures to enhance the cultivation of part--time teachers with specialized skill.
