关于河北省经济社会发展几个纵深战略的思考

A Few Depth Strategic Reflection on Hebei Province Economic and Social Development

河北省"十二五"规划提出经济社会发展"四个一"战略,即一圈、一带、一区、一批的四大空间布局。河北省第八次党代会提出三大产业战略,即"一产抓特色,二产抓提升、三产抓拓展"。打破区域和产业界限,研究扩大内需、城镇化、产业转型、制度创新等国家共性战略对河北省经济社会发展的纵深影响和战略意义,并从内在逻辑和相关政策方面进行深度解析,提出并论述四大纵深战略。

Hebei province ＂the Twelfth Five-Year Plan＂ put forward economic and social development＇s four strategies, that is ＂one circle＂, ＂one zone＂, ＂one area＂, ＂one batch＂. The eighth Party Congress of Hebei province put forward three industry strategy, that is ＂the first industry to catch characteristic, the second industry to pay promotion, the third industry to extend＂. This article broke the regional and industrial boundaries to study on the expansion of domestic demand, urbanization, industrial transformation, such as innovation of system of national common strategy of social and economic development of Hebei province＇s depth and strategic significance, and from the intrinsic logic and related policy in-depth analysis, puts forward four strategies.
