摘要
文化产业的出现是产业分化、科技进步、社会经济高度发展的必然结果。文化产业的发展一方面是与科学技术的发展、生产力水平的提高密切相关,另一方面又与市场经济的发育成熟程度密切相关。在经济全球化条件下,提升我国文化产业的国际竞争力,积极发挥政府在全面提升文化产业国际竞争力中的关键作用,加强非物质文化遗产的保护,提高市场拓展能力,加强文化安全立法,培育文化产业品牌。从外在支持和内功修炼两个方面提升我国文化产业国际竞争力。
Culture industry is the industry division, scientific and technological progress, the inevitable result of the high degree of social and economic development. Development of cultural industries on the one hand, is closely related to the development of science and technology, and the improvement of productivity, on the other hand, is closely related with the degree of maturity of the market economy development. Un- der conditions of economic globalization, we should enhance the international competitiveness of China's cultural industry, and actively play the key role of the goverment in the international competitiveness of cultural industries, strengthen the protection of intangible cultural heritage, im- prove marketing, strengthen the culture of safety legislation, and to foster cultural industry brand and from external support and internal strength to practice enhance the international competitiveness of China's cultural industry.
