摘要
论证未来我国低龄老年人口所具有的人力资本存量,阐明低龄老年人力资源开发的必要性和可行性,充分开发低龄老年人口的价值,增加社会生产要素,使社会需求更具有生产型,进而构建一个具有生产性的老龄化社会,促进社会的可持续发展。
This article tried to demonstrate the human capital stock of the younger elderly population in China, to clarify the necessity and feasibility of the development for the younger elderly human resources, and advocated to fully develop the value of the younger elderly population, increasing the social factor of production, making the community needs more productive, and then build a productive aging society, thus promoting sustainable development.
