艺术设计专业学生就业难的关键在于人才培养与市场需求存在一定的错位。文章通过问卷调查与对比研究的方式,剖析了其中的差距与原因,提出了优化培养人才机制,提高艺术设计专业学生就业竞争力的建议与对策。

The vital reseason that the art and design students get difficult employment is the differences between the students training and the market demand.This paper adopt the survey and comparative study,analyse the disparity and the casue and put forward somesuggestions to optimize personnel training and enhance their empolyability and competitiveness
