The research of reflective teacher education thoughts are growing prosperity in China, along with the trend of integration of teacher education, normal school students＇ reflective ability has been on the agenda. This paper explores the meaning of reflective competence of normal school students, combined with the characteristics of the reflection, raise the characteristics of the normal school students, and further discusses the theoretical basis of reflective competence of the normal school students.
