Evaluation on Logistic Service Performance Using Improved Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method

物流企业服务绩效评价对企业的生存和发展至关重要,企业要在激烈的竞争中持续稳定的发展,就要不断提高自身水平;结合层次分析法对决定物流企业服务绩效评价因素的权重进行处理,求出各因素的权重值,继而采用模糊综合评价法完成对服务绩效评价因素的评定;最后通过实例介绍该方法的具体应用。

Service performance evaluation on logistic enterprises is critically important to the survival and development of the enterprises, if the enterprises want to sustainably and stably develop in fierce competition, the enterprises must continuously improve their service level. This paper uses hierarchy analytic process to deal with the weight determining service performance evaluation factors of logistic enterprises, calculates the weight value of each factor, uses fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to fulfill the assessment on service performance evaluation factors, and finally introduces the practical application of this method by using examples.
