摘要
随着社会经济的快速发展,人们生活水平不断提高,各种汽车的数量大幅度增加,提高交通效率就显得越来越重要。目前世界各国都投入了大量的人力和物力对智能交通系统(ITS)进行研究。作为ITS的重要组成部分,电子警察系统在规范驾驶人员行为、杜绝交通事故、提高交通执法水平及道路通行能力等方面起到了重要作用。从现有电子警察系统实际存在的问题出发,在系统控制、车辆检测及系统方面提出了自己的解决方案。概要介绍了基于嵌入式系统的视频检测系统及控制系统的组成架构。
Nowadays each country in the world has put much material resources and manpower into the research of ITS. As an important part of ITS, the electronic police system is significant in ruling the drivers, avoiding traffic accident, raising the level of executing the traffic law and improving transportation efficiency. Embarking on the actual existence questions existing in electronic police system, a solution is proposed in the systems control and the vehicle examination. The control system and video detecting system based on the embedded system, which consists of video collection, image processing, system control and network unit are introduced.
