摘要
目的:了解徐汇区18岁以上成年居民的健康状态、自评健康、锻炼行为及就医行为的相关性。方法:使用2010年徐汇区居民健康监测调查资料中的成年人相关数据,以Stata 11.0统计软件进行频率分析及卡方检验,共分析样本11233人。结果:徐汇区18岁以上成年居民的慢性病患病率、自评健康状况、锻炼行为与年龄、教育程度、婚姻状况、身体质量指数(BMI)等影响因素有关,居民就医行为与性别、年龄及医疗保险有关。结论:不同层次居民的健康状态与健康行为、就医行为互相影响,在制定区域卫生政策时要区别对待,提高针对性。
Objective： To understand the correlation of health status, self-reported health, exercise behavior and medical behavior among adult residents aged over 18 years in Xuhui District of Shanghai. Methods： Data about adult resi- dents in the health monitoring in 2010 was analyzed, with the size sample of 11 233. Results： The chronic disease preva- lence, self-evaluated health status and exercise behavior among adults in Xuhui District were related to factors such as age, education, marriage and Body Mass Index （Referred to BMI）. The adults＇ medical behavior was related to gender, age and medical insurance. Conclusion： Health status, health behavior and medical behavior among adults of different condi- tions influenced each other. Therefore, health policies should be more targeted.
