基于心理契约的高层管理团队凝聚力问题研究

摘要 高层管理团队(top management team,TMT)不论是从心理角度、还是从智力角度都是保持企业长盛不衰的重要因素,而TMT内部的不和谐严重地制约企业成长速度和成长范围。本文从心理契约的角度构建TMT凝聚力形成的模型,并有针对性地提出对提高TMT凝聚力的建议。
