黄鳝胃和肠道的组织学研究

Study on Histology of the Stomach and Intestine of the Swamp Eel Monopterus albus

采用扫描电镜和光镜技术对黄鳝的胃和肠道进行了组织学研究。结果表明 ,作为一种肉食性鱼类 ,黄鳝的消化能力较南方大口鲶、长吻鱼危弱。根据黄鳝的胃肠道组织学特征探讨了它的消化特点 。

Study on histology of the stomach and intestine of swamp eel was conducted by using the scanning electron microscope and photo microscope in the paper. The results showed that the digestive ability of swamp eel, a carnivorous fish, was lower than that of southern catfish and Leiocassis longirostris. The digestive characteristics of swamp eel was also discussed. Several problems to be noticed concerning the research of formulated feed for swamp eel were pointed out.
