接触性阴道出血妇女与宫颈细胞学检查结果的分析

Analysis of the Cervical Cytological Results of Women with Vaginal Contact Bleeding

目的通过对有接触性阴道出血妇女及宫颈细胞学结果分析,探讨接触性阴道出血与宫颈病变的关系。方法选择江苏省已婚妇女宫颈癌筛查中587例,分为出血组和无出血组,通过问卷调查、妇科检查和宫颈细胞学检查。结果出血组有阴道分泌物异常188例(32.03%),宫颈糜烂147例(25.04%),宫颈息肉102例(17.38%),尖锐湿疣5例(0.85%);细胞学检查≥ASCUS病变者51例(8.69%),其中ASCUS 19例(3.24%),ASCH 7例(1.19%),LSIL 14例(2.39%),HSIL 11例(1.87%)。无出血组妇检结果异常248例(44.1%)。细胞学检查≥ASCUS病变者12例(2.14%),其中ASCUS 5例(0.89%),ASCH 0例(0.00%),LSIL 6例(1.07%),HSIL 1例(0.18%)。两组细胞学检查结果≥ASCUS病例有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论有接触性阴道出血妇女宫颈细胞学检查结果≥ASCUS病例的检出率高于无出血组。

Objective Exploring the relationship between the vaginal contact bleeding and cervical lesions by the analysis of the cervical cytological results of women with vaginal contact bleeding. Methods 587 cases from the program of cervical cancer screening of married women in Jiangsu Province were divided into two groups, the hemorrhage group and non-bleeding group, and they were in the process of questionnaire, gynecological examination and cervical cytology exam. Results In the hemorrhage group, there are 188 cases of abnormal vaginal discharge （32.03%）, 147 cases of cervical erosion （25.04%）, 102 cases of cervical polyp （17.38%）, 5 cases of genital warts （0.85%）, 51 cases of cervical lesions greater than ASCUS（8.69%）, of which 19 cases of ASCUS （3.24%）, 7 cases of ASCH （1.19%）, 14 cases of LSIL （2.39%） and 11 cases of HSIL （1.87%）. In the non-bleeding group, there are 248 abnormal cases （44.1%） with gynecological examination, 12 cases of cervical lesions greater than ASCUS in the cytological results, of which 5 cases of ASCUS （0.89%）, 0 case of ASCH （0.00%）, 6 cases of LSIL （1.07%） and 1 case of HSIL （0.18%）. There are significant differences in the cytologioal results between the 2 groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The detection rate of cervical lesions greater than ASCUS in the vaginal contact bleeding women is more than that of the non- bleeding ones.
