莫匹罗星软膏联合0.05%地奈德乳膏治疗婴儿湿疹的临床研究

A Clinic Reserch of Therapy about 0.05% Desonide Cream Union Mupirocin Ointment for Infantile Eczema

目的采用莫匹罗星软膏联合0.05%地奈德乳膏治疗婴儿湿疹,探索临床用药新方案。方法 126例患儿随机分为A、B组,每组63例患儿,A组先用莫匹罗星间隔2h后再用地奈德乳膏。B组单用地奈德乳膏。治疗7d、14d后观察疗效。结果治疗7d后A组和B组治疗效果有统计学差异(χ2=5.937,P<0.05)。治疗14d后A组和B组治疗效果有统计学差异(χ2=9.432,P<0.05)。14d总有效率A组95.24%高于B组84.12%。结论莫匹罗星软膏联合0.05%地奈德乳膏可提高婴儿湿疹疗效,缩短疗程。

Objective To study the curative effect about 0.05% desonide cream union mupiroein ointment for infantile eczema. Method Take 126 cases of infantile eczema and divide them randomly into Group A and Group B, 63 cases for each group. Group A use mupirocin ointment before 0.05% desonide cream 2 hours, Group B 0.05% use desonide cream only. 7 days and 14 days after therapy, observe the curative effect. Result 7 days after therapy, the curative effect between Group A and Group B have statistics significance （x2 = 5.937, P〈0.05） . 14 days after therapy, the curative effect between Group A and Group B have statistics significance （x2=9.432, P〈0.05） . The total effective rate for Group A is 95.24%, higher than Group B which is 46.29%. There is significant difference in curative effect between Group A and Group B. The effect rate of Group A reaches 56.72%, higher than Group B＇s effect rate, which is 84.12%. Conclusion 0.05% desonide cream union mupirocin ointment for infantile eczema can enhance the curative effect, and reduce the course of treatment.
