摘要
目的探讨精神科护理过程中,可能发生不安全护理因素,并采取有效措施,避免不安全事件在治疗和护理过程中发生。方法回顾性分析我院于2010年1月至2011年2月期间收治的232例精神患者的临床资料。结果精神科护理过程中,可能发生不安全护理因素主要涉及患者自身及患者家属、医院设施、护理人员医护配合这三个因素。结论精神科在实际护理工作中,加强健康教育,提高患者及家属的遵医行为,宣传精神卫生知识,告知注意事项,落实各项护理核心制度,才能确保护理工作的安全。
Objective Iinvestigate psychiatric nursing process, nursing safety factors may occur, and to take effective measures, avoid unsafe events in the treatment and nursing during. Methods A retrospective analysis of ottr hospital in 2010 January to 2011 February treated 232 cases of psychiatric patients with the clinical data. Result Psychiatric nursing process, possible unsafe factors involve patients and their nursing care of family members of patients, hospital facilities, nursing staff health care with these three factors. Conclusion Psychiatric in practical nursing, health education, improve patient and family compliance, publicity of mental health knowledge, inform the matters needing attention, implementing nursing core system, in order to ensure the safety of nursing work.
