上消化道出血患者的内科治疗分析

Analysis on the Medical Treatment of Patients with Upper Gastrointestinal Hemorrhage

目的探讨和分析上消化道出血患者的内科治疗方法,总结其临床价值。方法回顾性分析具有完整临床资料的2008年10月至2011年10月来我院就诊的上消化道出血患者100例,随机分为观察组和对照组两组,每组患者有50例,50例对照组患者给予常规内科西医治疗,观察组在此基础上给予奥曲肽静脉滴注治疗,观察和比较观察组和对照组不同治疗方法对上消化道出血的临床疗效。结果按制定的标准评价观察组和对照组的临床治疗效果。观察组显效20例,有效25例,无效5例,总有效率90.00%;对照组显效14例,有效24例,无效12例,总有效率76.00%。观察组与对照组疗效对比差异显著(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。观察组疗效优于对照组。结论上消化道出血中进行积极的内科治疗,并采用奥曲肽治疗消化道出血具有较好的临床疗效,值得临床推广和应用。

Objective To study and analysis of upper gastrointestinal bleeding in patients with medical treatment methods, and summarize its clinical value. Observation group and the control group effects were compared significant differences （P〈0.05）, with statistical significance. The efficacy of the observation group than the control group. Conclusion The upper gastrointestinal bleeding in intensive medical therapy, and octreotide treatment of gastrointestinal bleeding with better clinical efficacy, and worthy of promotion and application.
