妊娠高血压综合征患者的护理干预体会

Pregnancy-induced Hypertension in Patients with Experience of Nursing Intervention

目的分析并总结妊娠高血压综合征患者的护理干预体会。方法总结2007年10至2010年6月期间本院收治的80例妊娠高血压综合征患者的临床资料。结果经护理干预后随访得知,80例患者血压得到有效控制,病情未出现反复。79例患者顺利生产,其中剖宫产32例,经阴道分娩47例,1例因多器官功能衰竭死亡。结论提高医护人员对妊娠高血压综合征患者临床护理能力,加强护理措施,对保证母婴安全具有重要意义。

Objective To analyze and summarize the care of patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension intervention experience. Methods 2007 to 2010 June admitted to our hospital 80 cases of pregnancy-induced hypertension in patients with clinical data. Results The follow-up care and intervention that, 80 patients blood pressure has been effectively controlled, the disease does not appear again. Smooth production of 79 patients, including 32 cases of cesarean section, vaginal delivery in 47 cases, 1 patient with multiple organ failure and death. Conclusion To improve health care for pregnancy-induced hypertension clinical care capacity, enhanced care measures for ensuring safe motherhood is important.
