神经内科门诊356例头痛患者的临床分析

The Clinical Analysis of 356 Cases of Headache in Neurology Outpatients

目的分析门诊急性头痛患者的临床特点,探讨其流行情况和危险因素,为头痛的诊断和治疗提供科学依据。方法对神经内科门诊356例头痛患者临床资料作回顾性研究,总结其人口学特征、临床特点。结果在神经内科门诊356例头痛患者中偏头痛168例,占47.19%;紧张性头痛98例,占27.53%;其他头痛90例,占25.28%。结论在头痛患者的诊治中,应加强对偏头痛及紧张性头痛的认识,提高诊疗水平,改善头痛患者生活质量。

Objective To analyze the characteristic, epidemic and risk factors in neurology outpatients to find the scientific basis of diagnosis and treatment. Methods Retrospectly analyzed 356 clinical data of headache outpatients to sum up demographic and clinical characteristics. Results There were 168 cases （47.19%） of migraine, 98 cases （27.53%） of tension headache and other types （25.28%） of headache. Conclusion We should enhance knowledge of migraine and tension headache to improve our diagnosis and treatment to take care of patients＇ quality of life.
