60例糖尿病患者血脂检测分析

摘要 目的调查分析糖尿病患者血脂水平状况,为预防和控制糖尿病提供科学理论依据。方法对在我医院进行血糖检测的体检者随机分成三组,其中糖尿病患者60人,糖耐量异常者60人,正常糖耐量者60人。结果 T2DM组(糖尿病组)TC含量、TG含量以及LDL-C含量均明显大于NGT组(正常组)(P<0.05)。糖尿病患者空腹血糖水平与血脂水平由相关分析(Pearson)表明,GLU(空腹血糖)分别和TC与TG呈正相关(P<0.01)。结论我们在预防糖尿病或高血脂症时,应该关注血脂和血糖的相互影响。
