摘要
沙门菌(Salmonella)是引起人类食物中毒最常见的致病菌,由于抗生素的大量和广泛使用,其耐药性呈现不断增强的趋势。为了降低沙门菌对人类的危害,各国均加强了对沙门菌耐药性的监测力度,文中就沙门菌的耐药机制作一综述,并对国内近年来沙门氏菌耐药性监测报道进行总结,分析其发展趋势,提出防控措施。
Salmonella is a common kind of pathogenic bacteria which causes food poisoning to human.Since antibiotics have been generally used,the drug resistance of Salmonella is getting more and more strengthened.In order to reduce the harms of Salmonella to human,the evaluation of Salmonella drug resistance have been stressed in many countries.The mechanism of Salmonella drug resistance will be reviewed in this article,and the reports on evaluations of Salmonella drug resistance will be summarized with the regulations being introduced.
