人工关节置换后感染假体细菌生物膜检测方法研究进展

Updated methods for the detection of artificial joint replacement prosthesis biofilm infection

人工关节置换后感染是关节置换手术严重的并发症,而细菌生物膜(bacterial biofilm,BBF)的形成是关节置换后感染的重要原因,但对其所致感染的诊断至今仍然很困难。以往常规诊断方法的敏感性及特异性都较低,常常会延误治疗,带来严重后果。文中主要针对人工关节置换后感染的假体BBF的检测方法进行综述。

Infection is a catastrophic complication of joint replacement surgery,and the formation of bacterial biofilm is an important cause of the infection,but the diagnosis of biofilm is still very difficult.Conventional diagnostic methods have low sensitivity and specificity,and often delay treatment and bring serious consequences.This paper focuses on the methods of detection of artificial joint replacement prosthesis biofilm infection.
