摘要 阿尔茨海默病（Alzheimer’s disease，AD）是发生于老年期和老年前期的一种慢性进行性发展的致死性神经退行性疾病，临床表现为记忆力和认知功能的进行性下降以及各种神经精神症状和行为障碍。据国家统计局发布的2010年第六次全国人口普查数据公报，我国居民65岁及以上人口占总人口的8．87％，随着人类寿命的延长，许多国家已经或即将步入老龄化社会，
