人工髋关节翻修术的发展趋势及国内现状的思考 被引量:12

摘要 现代人工全髋关节置换技术是20世纪骨科领域里程碑式的进展之一,为治疗终末期髋关节疾患开辟了新天地。然而,在其不断发展、革新的历程中,由于无菌性松动、感染、脱位以及骨折等原因导致的关节置换失败如影相随。人们在努力改进手术技术、优化假体设计以降低失败率的同时,也不断加强对失败病例的特点分析及治疗方案研究。
