前臂桡动脉穿支筋膜蒂皮瓣在手部、腕部热压伤修复中的应用 被引量:6

摘要 热压伤是由热力烧伤和机械挤压双重致伤作用下的复合伤,损伤较单纯热力、机械损伤更为严重。手部、腕部热压伤传统常采用腹部带蒂皮瓣修复创面,患者痛苦.且皮瓣外形臃肿^[1],桡、尺动脉皮瓣虽疗效满意,但牺牲了手部供血的一条主干血管^[1]。
