湿润烧伤膏治疗肛周感染120例临床分析

Clinical Analysis of 120 Patients with a Perianal Infection Treated with MEBO

目的总结分析湿润烧伤膏(MEBO)治疗肛周感染创面的临床疗效。方法对120例肛周感染创面外用湿润烧伤膏治疗,并根据病情予以局部或全身抗感染、营养支持等治疗,观察患者创面愈合时间及愈后效果。结果 120例肛周感染患者创面全部愈合,治愈率达100%,愈合时间最长1个月,最短7d,平均愈合时间为13d,愈后创面平整、无瘢痕、弹性好,随访观察复发率在2%以下。结论湿润烧伤膏具有止痛、抗感染、预防瘢痕增生、促进创面愈合等作用,且应用简便、费用低廉,适合基层医院推广应用。

Objective To summarize and analyze the clinical effieaey of MEBO in the treatment of a perianal infection. Methods MEBO was used topically in the treatment of 120 pallents with a perianal infection. Other therapies such as local or systemic anli-infection and nutritional support were given based on disease conditions. Healing time and outcomes after healing were observed. Results Patients were all cured with the curative rate being 100% . The longest healing time was 1 month while the Shortest was 7 days with the average healing time being 13 days. The wounds were smooth with good eiastieily and there was no sear formation after healing. Reoecurrenee rate was less than 2% during the follow - up. Conclusion MEBO has therapeutic effects such as analgesis anti - infection, sear byperplasia prevention and wound healing promotion. It is worthy to be promitted and applied in primary hospitals due to its easy operation and low cost.
