摘要
目的观察湿润烧伤膏(MEBO)对妇产科领域中延期愈合创面(包括手术切口)的治疗效果。方法将所收治的妇产科领域中延期愈合创面,改用MEBO治疗。结果 40例患者除1例死于多器官功能衰竭外,其余患者均治愈出院,随诊1年观察无瘢痕形成,外观满意。结论湿润烧伤膏可促进妇产科领域延期愈合创面再生修复。
Objective To observe the therapeutic effects of MEBO in the treatment of delayed wound healing（including surgical inclisions）in the Gynecology and Obstetric Department. Methods All of the enrolled patients with delayed healing wound in Gynecology and Obstetric Department were given MEBO treatment. Results A total of 40 patients enrolled were cured and discharged with one patient dying due to functional failure of multiple-organs. No scar formation on the wound and satiafactory appearance of wound was observed during the 1 year follow-up. Conclusion MEBO can promote the regeneration and restoration of delayed healing wound in the Gynecology and Obstetric Department.
