多层螺旋CT低剂量扫描技术在COPD疾病中的应用 被引量:13

摘要 目的评价16层螺旋CT低剂量扫描技术在COPD疾病中的应用价值。方法将100例临床诊断为COPD患者随机等分为2组,低剂量组(20mAs)和常规剂量组(管电流调制技术),分别统计CT剂量权重指数(CTDIw)、剂量长度乘积(DLP)并计算出X射线有效辐射剂量。由2位副高放射诊断医师对两组不同扫描参数的图像质量进行评价,按优、良、差三级进行评判,记录评价结果,进行统计学处理。结果低剂量组中与管电流调制组中的CTDIw、DLP、有效辐射剂量的比值分别为24%、38%和38%。两组图像质量均符合临床诊断要求,图像差异无统计学意义。结论多层螺旋CT低剂量扫描技术能有效降低COPD患者的CT剂量同时又能保证图像质量,值得临床推广应用。 Objective To evaluate the application value of 16 slices spiral CT with low dose scanning for chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods A total of 100 cases with COPD were randomed to undergo either the low dose spiral CT(20 mAs) or conventional dose spiral CT.The weighted CT dose index(CTDIw),Dose length product(DLP) and X-ray radiation dose were calculated,respectively.The image quality of two groups was judged by two associate chief chest radiologists according to excellent,good,poor image level,then statistical analysis was performed.Results The ratio of CTDIw,DLP and X-ray radiation dose from two groups were 24%,38%,38%,respectively.The image quality of two groups meeting the requirement of the clinical diagnosis was not statistically significant.Conclusion The low dose CT scanning can reduce radiation dose effectively and ensure the image quality,Which makes it applicable to inspection for COPD patients.
