摘要
目的探讨64层螺旋CT肺动脉成像技术及影响图像质量的因素。方法搜集我院2008-4月至2010-7月52例行64层螺旋CT肺动脉扫描病例,以容积再现(VR)、最大密度投影(MIP)和多平面重组(MPR)等技术行肺动脉三维成像,评价图像质量,分析其影响因素。结果影响64层螺旋CT肺动脉成像质量的主要因素是造影剂的使用、扫描延迟时间的控制、扫描参数的设定等。结论 64MSCT肺血管造影是诊断肺栓塞快速、有效、无创的影像学方法。优化检查参数、合理设计检查计划、综合应用各种图像后处理软件,可明显改善肺动脉的成像质量,提高可评估率。
Objective To evaluate 64MSCT pulmonary artery angiography and its influencing factors.Methods 52 cases which underwent 64MSCT pulmonary artery angiography were collected and were examined by pulmonary three-dimension reconstruction by using volume rendering（VR）,maximum intensity projection（MIP） and multiple planar reconstruction（MPR）.The quality of images and influencing factors were evaluated.Result The major influencing factors of the quality of images were the use of contrast media,the control of scanning delay time and the setting of parameters.Conclusion 64MDCT pulmonary artery angiography is a fast,effective and noninvasive technique to diagnose pulmonary embolism.The quality of images can be improved by optimizing parameters,designing examination program and using image processing software.
