MSCT对门脉静脉系统血栓的诊断

MSCT of the Portal Venous System Thrombosis Diagnosis

目的探讨门静脉系统血栓形成(PVT)的CT诊断。方法回顾性分析了2008年7月-2011年7月我院收治的12例PVT患者的临床及CT检查资料。结果 12例CT平扫均可见门静脉及肠系膜静脉充盈缺损和主干增粗、扩张,门静脉及肠系膜上静脉腔内稍高密度影,及增强血管狭窄或腔内充盈缺损、"线样征"、"靶环征"等特征。同时可见肠壁增厚(12例)、肠壁异常强化(8例)肠系膜水肿增厚(3例)、腹腔积液(3例)等间接征象。结论 MSCT根据PVT的直接征象和间接征象,可以做出明确诊断和鉴别诊断。

Objective To investigate portal venous system thrombosis（PVT） of the CT diagnosis.Methods A retrospective analysis of July 2008 July 2011 12 patients admitted to our hospital PVT clinical and CT data.Results 12 cases of CT scan are visible portal vein and mesenteric vein filling defect and trunk thickening,expansion,portal vein and superior mesenteric vein cavity slightly higher density,and enhanced vascular stenosis or intraluminal filling defect,＂line-like sign＂,＂target ring sign ＂and other features.Also shows bowel wall thickening（12 cases）,abnormal bowel wall enhancement（8 cases）,mesenteric edema and thickening（3 cases）,ascites（3 cases） and other indirect signs.Conclusion Multi-slice CT for the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of PVT is important.
