丁香花粉生活力及其贮藏性的研究

A Study on the Viability and Storage Time of Syringa Pollen

对紫丁香、白丁香、花叶丁香三种丁香花粉进行了生活力测定和贮藏性研究。结果表明 ,三种丁香花粉生活力均较高 ,达 70 %以上。在常温条件下 ,三种丁香花粉生活力平均可保存 4d;在 0℃～ 5℃条件下干燥贮藏 ,紫丁香和白丁香花粉可保存 2 0d,花叶丁香可保存 15

The viability and storage time of the pollen collected from three species of Syringa were studied.The viability of fresh pollen exceeded 70%.The pollen could be stored for at room temperature 4 days without loss of viability,for up to 15～20 days at 0℃～5℃.
