Experiment of Best Explant of Philodendron erubescens and Dracaena

以绿宝石蔓绿绒和朱蕉一年中不同时期的材料 ,及同一植株不同部位的器官作外植体进行试验 ,结果表明 :绿宝石蔓绿绒和朱蕉可以在一年四季取外植体 ,11月下旬至 5月中旬这段时期外植体成活率最高 ,可达到 71.0 5 %;芽体仍是最佳外植体材料 ,芽诱导率 10 0 %,诱导时间较短 ,除芽体外 ,叶片也可作为外植体材料 ,部分品种芽诱导率 90

The result of experiment of explant from different part of Philodendron erubescens and Dracaena at different time of a year showed that explants can be collected at any seasons of a year to these two species,though those collected from late Nov.to middle May had highest survival rate 71.05%. Bud is still the best explant with 100% induction rate and short time.Besides,leaf can also be explant material with bud induction rate 90% and over to some varieties.
