在过去的10年中,腹内高压及腹腔间隔综合征由于其在多种重症疾病中较高的发病率、极高的死亡率而日益引起重视,致力于治疗该综合征的研究也已取得了长足的进步。本文对其治疗理念及非手术、手术治疗技术的进展进行综述。

Intraabdominal hypertension（IAH） and abdominal compartment syndrome（ACS） have been increasingly recognized over the past decade as causes of significant morbidity and mortality among the critical diseases.Great advances have been made in many researches that dedicate to the treatment of ACS.This review introduces the progression in the theory and technology of non-operative and operative therapies for IAH/ACS.
