消旋卡多曲对秋季腹泻的治疗作用及对血清中IL-1、IL-8和IL-12的影响

Clinical Effect of Racecadotril Granules and the Impact on Serum IL-1,IL-8,and IL-12 Levels in Children with Autumn Diarrhea

目的:探讨消旋卡多曲辅助治疗秋季腹泻患儿的效果,探讨治疗后血清中白细胞介素-1(IL-1)、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)和白细胞介素-12(IL-12)为主的炎性因子的变化,以期为临床治疗提供帮助。方法:选取138例在我院确诊为秋季腹泻的患儿,随机分为两组,观察组69例,在常规治疗基础上加用消旋卡多曲治疗,对照组69例,应用常规治疗,并对两组的治疗效果及两组病例治疗前后血清中IL-1、IL-8和IL-12的表达进行分析。结果:观察组疗效明显高于对照组,治疗后观察组患儿血清中IL-1、IL-8和IL-12的表达明显低于对照组。结论:秋季腹泻患儿在常规治疗基础上加用消旋卡多曲的治疗效果好,且能有效调节血清中IL-1、IL-8和IL-12的表达,有效抑制机体的炎性环境,可用于临床辅助治疗。

Objective： To observe the curative effect of Racecadotril Granules in children with autumn diarrhea,and to study whether it has impact on the serum levels of IL-1,IL-8 and IL-12.Methods： A total of 69 autumn diarrhea cases were treated with Racecadotril Granules and the clinical outcomes were compared with those of the control group without Racecadotril treatment.The serum levels of IL-1,IL-8 and IL-12 were detected in both groups.Results： The total effective rate was obviously higher in the observation group than in the control group.The serum levels of IL-1,IL-8,and IL-12 were obviously lower in Racecadotril group than in the control group after treatment.Conclusion： Racecadotril Granules can improve the curative effect and regulate the expression of IL-1,IL-8 and IL-12 in children with autumn diarrhea.
