摘要
绿色建筑是我国建筑可持续发展的突破口,是我国建筑未来发展的重要方向。本文介绍了长沙市绿色建筑的发展现状;从政策法规、技术标准、项目推广等方面,分析了长沙市绿色建筑发展存在的问题,并根据长沙市实际情况提出了一些具有针对性的建议,探讨适合长沙市绿色建筑发展的思路。
The green building is the breakthrough to the sustainable developed architecture and the important direction to the architecture developing in future in our country.In this paper,the development status of green building in ChangSha was introduced and the existing problems of green building development in ChangSha were analysed from current policys,technology standard,projects application and so on.In the end,some suggestions and thoughts were taken for the development of green building in ChangSha.
