基于国外城市滨水地区开发经验分析的我国城市滨水地区规划设计探索——以阜阳市颍河东岸滨水地区城市设计为例

Urban Waterfront Planning and Design Exploration Based on the Experience of Waterfront Development in Foreign City——A Case Study of Waterfront Urban Design of Ying River East Bank in Fuyang

城市滨水地区是城市中地理位置最为优越,开发潜力最大的地段之一。本文从解析国外优秀的城市滨水空间开发的案例入手,总结出国外滨水空间开发可取的经验。然后以阜阳颖河东岸滨水地区的城市设计为研究对象,从尊重现状、延续文脉、体现本土气息、强调滨水空间可达性、满足居民亲水性等方面作了相关探索,旨在为国内同类城市的滨水空间开发提供有益借鉴。

Water front is one of the most ascendant and potential area in the city.Starting from the case of outstanding foreign urban waterfront space development,this paper sum up some good experience of the the foreignWaterfront.Then,it takes the urban design of the Yinghe east coast waterfront in Fuyang as an example.This paper gives some planning innovation in respecting the status quo and the continuing the context,reflecting the local flavor,emphasizing the accessibility of the waterfront space to meet the needs of the resident hydrophilic,aiming to provide a useful reference for the waterfront of the other domestic cities.
