湘潭昭山示范区公共安全规划研究

Research of the Public Security Planning of Zhaoshan Demonstration Zone in Xiangtan

以湘潭昭山示范区为研究对象,从公共安全理论出发,建立完善的城市安全体系和应急机制,用先进的科学技术装备城市的安全系统。本文研究的内容包括:昭山示范区城市公共安全概况;功能区划;防洪排涝规划;重大危险源布点规划;交通安全规划;突发事件安全规划六个方面,强调对城市安全内容;本文以城市安全为目标,进行城市公共安全的规划应用研究,具有现实可行的意义,有助于提高城市的整体安全水平。

This research considered Xiangan zhaoshan representative area as the object of study.Based on the Public security theory,it aimed at establishing a thorough city security system and forming an emergency mechanism and equipping city security system with advanced science and technology.The research contents of this paper include six parts：general situation of Zhaoshan＇s public security;function division;planning for controlling flood and draining flooded field;planning for finding out major hazard source;planning for traffic safety;safety program for emergency.The research emphasizes on the content of city security and takes the city security as the goal to do the application study of city＇s public security planning.It has its available significance and it is helpful to improve the city＇s safety integrity level.
