城市老街道空间设计理论与方法——汉正街宝庆街城市设计

The Design Theory and Methods of the Old City Street Space——Hanzhengjie Baoqing Street Urban Design'

本文以武汉汉正街区宝庆街为研究对象,汉正街是一个因商业繁荣而发展起来的城市区域,历史上不仅"八方商贾云集",而且"本乡人少异乡多"。因为地缘与业缘的关系,同一地区的外乡人往往聚居在一起,由此形成了很多极具异乡特色的历史街区,有些还一直保存到现在,宝庆街区就是其中的典型代表。在大量资料分析的基础上,找出宝庆街现状存在的问题,明确对其改造的目的及意义。然后结合宝庆街区现状和对其要求,确定街区设计理念,并做简要的讲解。最后通过各种设计理论与方法在宝庆街区上的运用,解决现状存在的各种问题。保持和创造多样的街道空间,一是指街道整体,通过多样性设计,形成自身特性,显示与其他街道空间的多样差别;二是指街道空间各物质元素、空间氛围和街道生活的丰富多样,满足人的多样需求。

This article in Wuhan Hanzhengjie Baoqing Street as the research object Hanzhengjie is a distric which originated from business.On the history there were many businessmen who came from all around of China,and the foreigners were manymore than natives.Most of foreigners lived together who came from the same region or thesame occupation,then many special dwelling districs appeared.Some of them still havebeen here till now,Baoqing block is a typical dwelling district of which.On the basis of the analysis of large amounts of data to find out the status questions of Baoqing Street,and make sure its transformation of the purpose and significance.The Baoqing block status and its requirements and then combined to determine the neighborhood design concept,and do a brief explanation.Finally,through a variety of design theory and methods in the the Baoqing block on the use to solve the various problems of the status questions.Keeping and creating diversified urban street space,one side is the whole street space,forming its own feature through diversity designing,reveal the distinction between it and the other streets;the other side is the plentiful diversity of its material element,ambience and street life.These kinds of diversity can satisfy people＇s multiple demand.
