摘要
针对导弹弹体在侵彻硬目标时的受力机制不清楚、炸点深度无解析解的情况下,炸点深度控制为一大难题的现状,提出利用压电材料的压电效应把弹体侵彻硬目标过程中的动能转换为电能,并作为控制电路的电源和起爆引信的能量,从而实现炸点深度控制功能的方法。文中分析了控制电路中能量的确定原则,以及弹体侵彻硬目标时导弹起爆的影响因素,并对相应参数进行了分析和计算,确定了炸点深度控制电路的参数范围。通过理论计算和试验,验证了该方法的有效性和控制电路工作的一致性。
When the high-speed warhead of missile is penetrating hard targets,controlling burst point depth is difficult problem in case of complex stress and the burst point depth without analytical solution.To solve this difficult problem,a controlling method is proposed for explosion point of missile-projectile,which uses the piezoelectric effect of piezoelectric ceramic to generate power energy based on the kinetic energy of missile-projectile's penetration process,so control circuit gets power supply and fuse gets energy to be detonated from the power energy.The paper analyses the principle that ascertain energy in control circuit and factors that effect explosion point of missile-projectile,calculates the parameter range of explosion point depth controlling circuit.Finally,the results of theoretical calculations and analysis verify the validity of the method and consistency of controlling circuit.
