摘要
根据辽宁电网2009年11月9日及2010年2月24～25日2次大面积输电线路覆冰舞动的气象资料,绘制成温度、湿度、风速曲线图,在此基础上对辽宁地区产生覆冰舞动的气象条件进行了分析,归纳出输电线路舞动时的气象特点,用以指导输电线路舞动治理的研究工作。
The paper collects two times large area transmission line icing galloping meteorological data in November 9, 2009 and February 24 -- 25, 2010 of Liaoning Power Grid, and draws temperature, humidity, wind speed curve. On the basis of above research, the paper analyzes the conditions of icing galloping in Liaoning area, summarizes the meteorological characteristics of transmission line galloping, and guides to solve transmission line galloping.
