摘要
煤气化技术是燃煤联合循环、煤化工、综合利用系统和零排放系统的关键技术之一。目前,国外煤气化技术已进入中国市场并取得一定业绩,我国自主煤气化技术也发展迅速,以水煤浆气化为代表的国产煤气化技术已达到世界先进水平。分别从技术进展、工艺流程、技术特点和指标及工程应用现状4个方面详细介绍了国内几种典型的气流床煤气化技术,并分别与国外的气化技术进行了比较。
Coal gasification technology is the key technology of coal-fired combined cycle, coal chemical industry, comprehensive utilization system and zero emission system. At present, overseas gasification technologies have entered into China market and have some outstanding achievement. China self-owned gasification technologies also rapidly develop, and coal-slurry gasification technology as the representative of China self-owned gasification technologies has achieved advanced world levels. The paper introduces the typical coal gasification technology with entrained bed in China from four aspects, including technology development, technique flow, technology characteristic and index, and application status in engineering, and also compares them with overseas gasification technologies.
