Mechanisms of Bone Marrow-derived Mesenchymal Stem Cells on Regeneration of Intestinal Epithelium in Inflammatory Bowel Disease

摘要 骨髓间质干细胞(MSCs)移植是治疗炎症性肠病(IBD)的一种新方法,其可通过促进肠上皮重建修复受损组织,但其作用机制仍未完全明确。相关机制的研究主要集中在MSCs的多向分化、分泌细胞因子、调节肠道干细胞微环境三个方面。本文就相关研究进展作一综述。 Bone marrow-derived mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) transplantation is a new approach for the treatment of inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), which enhances recovery from colitis by promoting regeneration of intestinal epithelium. However, its mechanism is still unclear. Studies mainly focused on three aspects: multilineage differentiation potential of MSCs, cytokines secretion, and modulation of microenvironment of intestinal stem cells. This article reviewed the recent progress in studies on related fields.
