摘要
为提高无级变速车辆的动态性能,建立无级变速传动动力学模型,在考虑后备功率对速比变化率的影响后,计算出由后备功率所限制的最大速比变化率,并运用Matlab/Simulink对汽车的急加减速工况进行仿真。结果表明:采用速比变化率控制方法能有效消除汽车的负加速现象,使汽车加减速过程中的平顺性得到明显提高,且能够提高汽车加减速时的响应速度。
In order to improve the dynamic performance of vehicle equipped with continuously variable transmission(CVT),the dynamic model of CVT was established,and the maximum CVT ratio changing rate limited by reserve-power was calculated after taking the influence of reserve-power into consideration.The simulation of rapid acceleration and deceleration of vehicle was carried out using Matlab/Simulink software.The results indicate that the phenomenon of vehicle negative acceleration is eliminated effectively by the ratio changing rate control method,and the ride comfort and the response speed of vehicle are improved significantly during vehicle acceleration and deceleration.
