Fuchs综合征的临床分析

目的 探讨Fuchs综合征的临床特点、治疗方法及疗效。方法 选择2003年5月～2011年9月经门诊或住院确诊的53例Fuchs综合征患者为研究对象,共53只眼,根据患者的临床特征、治疗情况和预后情况进行综合分析。结果 本组53例患者,通过药物治疗,42例自觉症状消失,眼压正常,随访1年无复发。结论 Fuchs综合征用药物治疗效果好,一般不需手术治疗;但并发青光眼或白内障时手术效果好;且有复发倾向,需严密观察,长期随访。

Objective To evaluate clinical observation, therapy method, the effect ofFuchs syn. drome. Methods A retrospectwe analysis was made for 53 patients （53eyes） diagnosed as FuChs syndrome form May 2005 to September 201 l.The clinical observation, therapy effect and prognosis of patients were analyzed. Results 53 cases were cured by drug therapy, and about 42 cases, clinical features were over, intraocular pressures were controlled, the follow-up was 12 months, no one recurred. Conclusion Drug therapy is more effective methods for treating Fuchs syndrome. Surgery is effective methods for treating Fuchs syndrome with Glaucoma or Cataract. But it is recur possibly. Close observation and long term follow-up is necessary.
