手术室与供应室一体化运作中手术器械的管理

目的 探讨手术室与供应室一体化运作中手术器械的管理。方法 收集2011年1月～2011年12月手术室止血钳、持针钳共300件,全部器械随机分为试验组和对照组,其中试验组手术室器械纳入供应室进行清洗、消毒、包装、灭菌和发放等一体化运作管理,而对照组手术器械术后由手术室护理人员于手术室内清洗、消毒、包装,再送至供应室中灭菌。结果 试验组手术器械清洗合格率明显高于对照组(98.00%比86.67%,P<0.05);试验组手术器械包灭菌合格率明显高于对照组(98.67%比88.67%,P<0.05)。结论 采用手术室与供应室一体化运作管理手术器械,可明显地提高清洗效果及灭菌合格率。

Objective To leam integration of operating room and supply room managing on surgical instruments. Methods 300 cases of forceps hamostatics and needle holders from Jan. 2011 to Dec. 2011 divided into two groups. The experiment group used integration management in wash, disinfection, package, sterilization and provide while control group used management of wash, disinfection, package in operating room then sterilization in supply room. Results The percent of pass of wash of experiment group was higher than control group （98.00% vs 86.67%, P〈0.05）. The percent of pass of sterilization of experiment group was obviously higher than control group （98.67% vs 88.67%, P〈0.05）. Conclusion The integration of operating room and supply room managing on surgical instruments can increase the percent of pass of wash and sterilization, which is worth using widely in clinic.
